| Role Description |
Demi Chef de Partie required for this newly opened fine dine Restaurant based near Clitheroe. The ultimate goal for the Chef is to gain at least 3 Rosettes plus 1 Michelin Star so applicants need to be of the highest quality with a background of no less than 3 Rosettes.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As Demi Chef de Partie you will work in a dedicated team of 6 highly skilled Chefs helping to produce food of the highest quality. Your role will involve working on various sections making sure they run smoothly. |
| Required Experience |
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
A background of Rosettes is needed and Michelin stars would benefit. This is an extremely high standard Restaurant so you will need to be dedicated and be able to motivate junior staff. |
