| Role Description |
This 4 star hotel based in the middle of Cheshire are presently looking to recruit for an Operations Manager to join their team. |
| Required Experience |
Your role will be hands on to work with and lead the food & beverage team and also the main front of house areas of the hotel. The operation consists of an award winning restaurant as well as C&B up to 300+. You will be working with all the HOD\'s and to be able to manage the teams effectively day to day as well as being able to control costs and ensure the sales and budgets are achieved and when possible exceeded. You will report to the General Manager and deputise in their absence. This is an excellent chance to work in this highly recommended hotel and be able to develop yourself and the team and operation. |
