| Role Description |
As Head Chef you will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen operation within a busy restaurant.
Your main responsibility will be to successfully manage, motivate, train and develop a large brigade of chefs and ensure that excellent standards are maintained and improved on. Delivering an excellent level of food quality you will ensure that consistency and guest satisfaction levels are maintained and work closely with your brigade to share the vision of the company in order to move the restaurant forward. |
| Required Experience |
This is a popular venue therefore previous volume experience would be advantageous. You will have worked in a fresh food environment before at Head Chef level and be passionate about improving standards and developing menus with the support of an Executive chef. Previous exposure to a Rosette environment would also be a benefit along with the enthusiasm and interest to work with junior chefs to encourage working to these standards.
You will also have a strong financial acumen with the ability to control costs and operate within a set departmental budget. You will have an excellent awareness of Food safety legislation which you will be responsible for within your department. |
