| Role Description |
CHEF DE PARTIE - MANCHESTER - LUXURY HOTEL - STRAIGHT SHIFTS Chef de Partie required in Manchester for this Deluxe Hotel with casual fine dining restaurant serving local fresh produce. They are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie who has a background of working within fresh food establishments and a chef who is looking to progress further and continue to develop their knowledge further. |
| Required Experience |
The restaurant can serve up to 60 Covers and they also have several Private Dining Areas and also cater for high profile events. The menu is Modern British in design with an international twist and the restaurant is funky and contempoary in design.
They are looking for a Chef de Partie with a background of working within establishments of a very good standard. You must have the ability to run a section of the kitchen and be experienced in working at a high level. The kitchen is a good size and has all modern equipment and there are 5 chefs within the team. As Chef de Partie you will be trained to run any section of the kitchen therefore you must be looking for a role where you can progress further. |
