| Role Description |
CHEF DE PARTIE - MICHELIN STAR GASTRONOMIC - LANCASHIRE Chef de Partie required for this stunning Michelin Star establishment in Lancashire. The kitchen is headed by a talented Head Chef and they also hold 3AA Rosettes.They are looking for a Chef de Partie with a high level background and someone who is looking to join a brigade which produces the highest level of cuisine. You will be a passionate and talented Chef de Partie and you will be hard working and have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained within the kitchen. |
| Required Experience |
The Cuisine is Modern British in style and their restaurant serves up to 60 covers per service. All produce is sourced locally using only the finest and freshest ingredients. The menu is also seasonal therefore you will increase your knowledge due to working on a regular changing menu. All food is made from scratch using the best techniques and combinations.
Salary will be paid according to experience, and there are excellent career progression opportunities. There is also live-in accommodation available.
Ideally you will be at Chef de Partie level already with good experience in a high quality kitchen. You will be responsible for running your own section of the kitchen and further training will be given to ensure you are able to work all sections. As well as cooking for the fine dining restaurant, you will also be cooking for private dinners. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join an establishment which is known as one of the best establishments within the UK. |
