| Role Description |
CHEF DE PARTIE - HARROGATE, NORTH YORKSHIRE, 2AAROSETTES - £16K Chef de Partie required in Harrogate, North Yorkshire for this Award Winning Luxury Country House. They are looking for a Chef de Partie ideally with a rosette background who is creative and passionate in their cooking and whom is looking to move into a professional kitchen. The Country House has an elegant and chic dining room which can serve up to 50 covers per service and all food is sourced within the area from excellent suppliers. The Menu is Modern British in design and they also offer Private Dining and have a bistro which is open during the day. There is no banqueting therefore all food is restaurant focussed. |
| Required Experience |
The kitchen is extremely well equipped and is large in size and bright and airy. There is a current team of 6 Chefs and they are looking for a Chef de Partie to join their team. As Chef de Partie your role will be to manage your own section of the kitchen. Further training will be given on each section of the kitchen as the Chef de Parties work on a rotation basis to ensure skills are high on all sections. |
