| Role Description |
JUNIOR SOUS CHEF - LAKE DISTRICT, WINDERMERE - 2AA ROSETTES Junior Sous Chef is required in Windermere, Lake District for this Hotel with 2AA Rosette gastronomic restaurant pushing for their third Rosette. The Head Chef has a full Michelin Star background and has been brought into the hotel with the goal of obtaining a Michelin Star. They are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with a minimum of 2AA Rosette background who is looking to work within a kitchen using modern techniques. The Restaurant offers a Seasonal A La Carte Menu plus gastronomic tasting menu. |

There are 12 Chefs working from this large, extremely well equipped kitchen and as Junior Sous Chef you will support the Sous and Head Chef in running this professional kitchen. You will have passion and a genuine love of food and be wanting to expand your knowledge of intricate dishes and modern methods of cooking to produce the finest cuisine..
The hotel is situated on an elevated position overlooking the Lake with stunning views. The hotel has 20 plus individually designed bedrooms and the restaurant serves 50 Covers per service. The hotel is a mixture of traditional and rustic with a slightly contemporary feel and has all you would expect from a luxury country house hotel with welcoming open fires and cosy lounges for afternoon teas. |
