SOUS CHEF - CUMBRIA - 1AA Rosette - up to £20k - Live in Sous Chef required in Keswick, Cumbria for this lovely, quaint hotel set right on the waters edge. The hotel dates back to the 16th Century and has all the original charm and features with open fires, cosy lounges and stunning scenery surrounding the area. They are are looking for a Sous Chef with a high level background to work alongside the owner cooking for a small amount of covers of up to 25. The role would suit either a Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef or a Sous Chef looking for a role where they can concentrate on high quality food without having to cater for high numbers. |
