| Role Description |
PASTRY CHEF - CUMBRIA - 3AA ROSETTES - GASTRONOMIC Pastry Chef required in Cumbria for this highly acclaimed luxury hotel with Gastronomic Restaurant situated within a stunning location. The Restaurant serves 60 Covers per service and uses the best of local seasonal produce. They are looking for a Pastry Chef who can produce a whole array of desserts and pastries including petit fours, tarts, brulees, sorbets, several types of bread and home made ice cream. |
| Required Experience |
You will have at least a high level background in Pastry and be looking to join a kitchen where you will be responsible for working within a team of talented chefs. You will be taught the finest techniques in pastry and learn about flavours and textures to improve your knowledge and to produce the highest level of desserts and chocolate work. |
